This charismatic Palestinian entrepreneur began his career experimenting with a microbrew kit in his dormitory room at Boston College in Massachusetts. From there it was on to the University of California at Davis to learn the fine art and science of brewing a truly great beer on a production scale. The result: Taybeh Beer, the one and only native beer in the state of Palestine.
