We will continue to elaborate more in the upcoming programs on the phenomenal week we experienced in Leeuwarden, Holland at Stenden University attending the International Institute for Peace through Tourism conference. The event was attended by tourism dignitaries, experts, educators and press. A full week was taken to examine the conference's theme, Bridging the North-South Divide through Sustainable Tourism Development.

This week we take you on a short photo journey while in Leeuwarden, Holland.

Dignitaries, distinguished guests, educators, students and press meet for four days to discuss the impact of tourism
on peace and reducing poverty.

The interest was keen as approximately 180 delegates from 50 countries came together for five days.

Each day, experts in travel industry discussed the challenges and strategies for the future of reducing poverty through tourism.
