Welcome to this week's TravelTalkMEDIA Newsletter -
This week during the World Tourism & Investment Summit in Busan, South Korea, we formally announced our partnership with China Educational Media Group and our new Travel TV channel that is in development out of Beijing, China.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(October 10, 2008 – Busan, South Korea) – Sandy Dhuyvetter, Executive Producer and Host of TravelTalkMEDIA, RADIO and TV, signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Agreement at the World Tourism and Investment Summit between CelestiaLINK LLC, the parent company of TravelTalkMEDIA, and the China Educational Media Group (CEMG) to enter into a partnership to produce television programming on CEMG’s new Tourism Channel. The new channel,  to be called the TravelWorldChannel, will be launched in early 2009.

President of the CEMG,. Mr. Brian Li, looks on as Sandy Dhuyvetter and China Educational Media Group Chairman, Yuanhua Xiao, sign an agreement to join forces to create largest travel channel in the world.

Brian Li, President and Executive Director of CEMG, and Chairwoman, Yuanhua Xiao joined Sandy Dhuyvetter and Patrick Peartree, Director of TravelTalkMEDIA, to complete the signing in Busan, South Korea.

Mr. Li stated that Dhuyvetter’s international connections, long history of experience in the travel industry and her pioneering use of rich media will make TravelTalkMEDIA a key component to the successful international expansion of and development of programming for China Educational TV (CETV), the television arm of CEMG. First broadcast in 1960, CETV is the considered the world's largest educational TV station and delivers programming throughout the Greater China region. CETV currently broadcasts to 85 percent of all Chinese cities via APT Satellite, a satellite transponder company that has partnered with CEMG.

”We are very honored to be selected by CEMG to bring this exciting new travel channel to life, said Dhuyvetter. Our goal is to become the largest tour and travel TV channel in the world. With KU-band delivery, it will become much easier to reach global television audiences. One of our mandates is to produce new programming and acquire programming from around the world, making the new TravelWorldChannel a true international experience.”

Li said “CEMG is focused on setting up international broadcasting for CETV and is in the process of establishing four channels to distribute that international broadcasting. The four channels, all focused on educating the public, are the Health Channel, the environmental or Green Channel, the Mandarin Channel and the channel TravelTalkMEDIA will represent, the TravelWorldChannel.”

CEMG is also involved in humanitarian efforts around China. Seven days after the 2008 Sichuan earthquake, CETV had restored its signal to the hardest hit areas and established tent classrooms to continue educating those students displaced by the quake via television programming.

About CETV:
CEI TV serves the mainland Chinese market and seeks to develop into a world-wide coverage as a global multi-channel TV platform, eventually becoming the most notable media platform in the Asia Pacific region for brand TV programs on culture, environment, commerce, tourism and entertainment. CEI TV’s partners include APT Satellite Holdings and the China Educational Media Group (CEMG).

CEI TV’s Tourism Channel covers the global news on the tourism industry to serve all nationalities and people in the world. CEI TV’s professional management team has rich media experience, and most of the team members have more than 20 years experiences in the international broadcasting field, with senior management members from Hong Kong, Canada, USA and Europe.
