This week, Sandy welcomes from left to right: Mr. P.T. Wright, Deputy Director of US-Visit at the Homeland Security, Karen Hoffman, Sr. Vice President at Bradford Marketing Group, Mike Alvich, VP at Gray Line New York City Sightseeing, Stefan Ballhalder, GM China World Hotel, Dr. Phyllis Kozarsky from the Center for Disease Control, John R. Johnson with Alta Via Travel Tours and Victoria Ramani  with Avianca Airlines.

Sandy will be participating at the Tourism4Peace summit in Jordan at the end of June.

Thank you to the Jordanian Tourist Board and the Jordanian Hotel Association for sponsoring TravelTalkMEDIA's participation at the meeting of Tourism4Peace Forum at the end of June 2007.

We are very grateful to you.

This Week's Program LIVE from the Bradford Marketing Group offices in New York City.

I flew into JFK today to meet as a member of the private sector advisory committee for the Secure Borders and Open Doors initiative of  the Department of Homeland Security.

I will also be welcoming this Sunday morning  to TravelTalkRADIO, P.T. Wright,  Deputy Director of US-Visit, Department of Homeland Security. This will be a compelling interview as we have much to discuss including the current US Passport flexibility announced this week for summer travelers and the upcoming mandated 10 print rule.

While in New York, I will take some time to offer congratulations to my dear friend and colleague, the newly appointed Director of the Egyptian Tourism Authority for North America, Mr. Sayed Khalifa. Previous to this post, Sayed  served as the Vice Chairman of the ETA headquartered in Cairo. He is one of the most important assets of the ETA. He is articulate, kind and reflects the true Egyptian spirit. We are lucky to have him here in the US. We will miss Sayed's predecessor, Mr. Aydin Nour, and we know that the ETA staff will continue to welcome visitors in their beautiful Rockefeller Center.

We will be broadcasting LIVE from the Bradford Marketing Group offices, strategically located in midtown Manhattan across the street from the Empire State Building. Karen Hoffman, Senior VP at Bradford is one of the brightest stars in Public Relations in the tourism industry. Karen will co host the show along with our long time friend and colleague, John Johnson. John returns to New York City after many years of living abroad working in the banking and finance industry. Sandy welcomes him back to the States and invites John to share the good news of tourism to the Big MAK; Montenegro, Albania and Kosovo! John has been dubbed by the Kosovar press as the Father of Kosovo. We will find out from John why world wide attention is focused on these emerging new tourist destinations.

Safe travels,

Sandy Dhuyvetter
