For more information and to listen to the program,

Thank you for stopping by. We are excited about connecting you to the experts in travel, tourism and lifestyle and we're also happy to be bringing you a new feature where we also offer our most popular segments as readable transcripts. Last week, our interview with the president of the National Business Travel Association, Kevin Maguire, was transcribed and became the headline story in eTurboNews where an additional 225,000 subscribers received the story. You can read the transcripts of the most popular programming here.

This week we celebrate a local favorite called Comic-Con in San Diego, the largest comic book and popular arts convention in the world! I personally love this event as it brings back great memories of my work in movies and animated films. Comic-Con has a life of its own with the attendance exploding since its inception almost 40 years ago. In the early years, you might have seen a few thousand visitors and now over 160,000 attend!. For grins, I have added some of the photos that were taken in the early years of my career when I worked on the Star Wars costume for the bounty hunter, Bobafett. I hope you enjoy. Bobafett later became a classic in Empire Strikes Back, the second Star Wars film.

Even the gloves are given special care. To see a couple more photos click HERE
(All I had was an instant Polaroid camera at the time!)

A fun project even though I had no idea how popular the Bounty Hunter would become. Now, I am honored to be regarded by his fans as Boba's Mom.

The mannequin dressed as Bobafett, aka the Bounty Hunter and Sandy. This is after I graduated from getting an Art Degree and teaching fours years in East LA.

Now for a closer look at this week's program and featured experts on TravelTalk RADIO. The live broadcast is from 9 - 11AM Pacific Time every Sunday and the archives are always available directly after the programming.
