October
26, 2009 - San Francisco,
California - CelestiaLINK,
LLC, parent of the
TravelTalkMEDIA Group of
companies, announced the
launch of an entirely new
weekly one-hour radio
program called
BusinessTravelRADIO, hosted
by award-winning media
personality and travel
industry veteran, Sandy
Dhuyvetter.
TravelTalkMEDIA has
been reporting on both
leisure travel and business
travel since its launch in
the late summer of 2001,
just weeks before 9/11. The
new show,
BusinessTravelRADIO, will
broadcast live every
Saturday, Noon to 1pm
Eastern and is supported
with archives and a weekly
newsletter including
highlights of the news in
the business travel
industry.
In
announcing the launch, Ms.
Dhuyvetter said, “For as
long as I can remember, we
have been encouraged by the
business travel community to
produce this kind of
programming. Now, with the
notorious “AIG effect”
causing corporate travel to
come under fire, we believe
the time is perfect for the
launch of our new
programming and we are
thrilled to be able to
expand TravelTalkRADIO with
our new BusinessTravelRADIO
show with an aim to become
the most credible and
well-recognized voice of the
Business Travel Industry.”
As the brand clearly states,
BusinessTravelRADIO
programming focuses on the
business travel industry.
Regular features will
include educational forums,
international news, and
interviews with guests who
are experts in the corporate
and managed travel industry.
Special segments will cover
topics including business
travel
trends, news, international
opportunities and careers in
business travel. Programming
will be designed to educate
and entertain audiences.
“The
show is ultimately dedicated
to the Road Warrior who
spends countless nights away
from family in order to
connect the world
economically, socially and
culturally,” Dhuyvetter
added.
A stated
goal of the new show will be
to offer some “serious fun”
while taking an in-depth
look at the vast and
critically important world
of business travel.
BusinessTravelRADIO is
broadcast and distributed on
the wsRadio network with
over 4 million listeners.
Additional program
information can be found at www.BusinessTravelRADIO.com.
